Project RIG'ed Is The Key To Saving 50+ In-State Public Radio Stations Operating In Nevada Should National Public Radio (NPR), Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) And Federal Department Of Education (DE) Be Defunded/Eliminated

The events that occured at Las Vegas Public Radio since 2017 are the combined effects of Republicanism and the COVID-19 Pandemic applied to the Non-Commercial Educational (NCE) broadcast sector by targeting a single broadcaster like Las Vegas Public Radio through "choking it financially for elimination/operating" in the American broadcast landscape as seen with KIOF-LP 97.9 FM and KIOF 90.1 FM here in 2024. Your in-state public radio station could look like Las Vegas Public Radio in 2025 based on how Republicanism works. Here's what we know with how your in-state public broadcasting station will look like when it is being destroyed/silenced by Republicanism through a step process and how Project RIG'ed will soften the blow here in Nevada:

• STEP 1: The Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) is still being run by the 2005 George W Bush Jr. appointee who has crossed through several administrations will deliver the final blows to your in-state public radio station (including killing off your staff) by issuing Radio Community Service Grant (Radio CSG) denials (and most likely termination notices) to each annual CPB Radio CSG grantee. Las Vegas Public Radio was already the test bed of the CPB by receiving Radio CSG denials in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 which ultimately led to the wrongful death of the Las Vegas Public Radio Vice President on September 23, 2022. The CPB will effectively "choke" your in-state public broadcasting station of critical funds needed to keep you on the air and broadcasting to the public as a Non-Commercial Educational (NCE) broadcaster.


• STEP 2: Get the "Paul Singer" faction of Republicanism to force you out the door of a government agency in southern Nevada by using "Conservative" journals to target and write a bunch of "China, China, China" bullshit about you (i.e. that you "hate your country" when you never actually interviewed the Las Vegas Public Radio President & CEO directly because he was working in the Clark County, Nevada District Attorney's Office) when they targeted the Las Vegas Public Radio President & CEO in 2020 to essentially embarrass him and which ultimately forced him out the door at the Clark County, Nevada District Attorney's Office at the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic. This is done through the politics you play against people like him when he was working on critical stages of a massive jobs creation project for the Apex Industrial Park in North Las Vegas with bringing in a foreign telecommunications company to southern Nevada. This would have jump started badly needed manufacturing going on American soil and the creation of thousands of good paying badly needed southern Nevada jobs. Use Republicanism to destroy the in-state public broadcasting stations doing common good for the people by playing politics at all costs and destroy those job creation projects well underway at in-state public broadcasting stations.


• STEP 3: The U.S. Small Business Administration could become the consolidated agency as Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) functions are rolled into this agency requiring your in-state public broadcasting station to take out loans instead of receiving PBS grant funding (free money through entitlement which has led to the recent National Public Radio NPR scandals). Las Vegas Public Radio was already a test bed to this during the COVID-19 Pandemic as an Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) and Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) recipient. Both are loans that have to be paid back to the federal government but if you followed your PPP, it turned into a grant and was wiped off the books of the federal government (Yay! Thank The CARES Act For That). Remember, if your in-state public radio station decided it doesn't need the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL), returns it to the U.S. Small Business Administration but later finds it does need those funds to stay operational, the U.S. Small Business Administration will cause a wrongful death as seen with the death of the Las Vegas Public Radio Vice President on September 23, 2022 to ensure you stay "choked" as an organization just a short 3-4 weeks after killing off in-state public radio staff.


• STEP 4: The State of Nevada Department of Education is severed/decapitated as being a recipient of federal funds into it's in-state Public Broadcasting System (PBS) grant program under Nevada State Bill 555 of the Public Broadcasting Grant program administered through the state's Department of Education. Las Vegas Public Radio was already the test bed when the state's Department of Education denied PBS grant funds by October 2022 including budgetary requests to ensure KIOF-LP 97.9 FM was completely killed off from serving you, our listeners, including state assistance to build out our larger 48,000 Watt FM radio station to serve you better with a cleaner signal.


• STEP 5: Once Republicanism clobbers your in-state public radio station, notify your Nevada Governor and/or Nevada Lieutenant Governor that you need state assistance to get back on air as a Non-Commercial Educational broadcaster. It all goes eventually into a void and finally un-answered to ensure you stay off the air as politics are played because communism/socialism continues to erode your state government. Las Vegas Public Radio was a test bed for this by September 2023 when Las Vegas Public Radio made requests which went no where by the end of 2023. You will not get the help you need to get back on the air quickly as a in-state public broadcaster serving the people as mandated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) because politics are played.

Project RIG'ed will save your in-state public broadcasting station based on the creation of the Cannabis for Public Broadcasting (CPB) agency whether it be a public or private agency created through the Nevada Department of Business & Industry. All 50+ in-state public broadcasting stations (including our Low Power FM brothers and sisters) will be able to easily apply for assistance on Radio Infrastructure Grants (RIG's) through the Cannabis for Public Broadcasting using a simple 1 or 2 page application which would be granted within a couple of days once the Republicanism trickle down effect begins if the Federal Department of Education is defunded and eliminated. This would reset your Non-Commercial Educational broadcast facility back to pre-1967 days to just a Non-Commercial broadcast facility as the Federal Communications Commission begins to strip out the hooks to "educational" as the federal Department of Education (DE) and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) are dissolved.
