Las Vegas Public Radio And KIOF 90.1 FM To Dissolve It's 501(c)3 Non Profit Public Charity Ahead Of Project 2025; Return The KIOF 90.1 FM 48,000 Watt FM Construction Permit Back To FCC By December 31, 2024
LAS VEGAS (LVPR) - They wanted it shutdown because the "Las Vegas Public Radio" brand name would cause confusion (i.e. as KNPR wanted). They wanted President Trump and Trump supporters in jail (including the Las Vegas Public Radio President & CEO who sat on President Trump's Advisory Board from 2016-2020). The Clark County District Attorney's Office run by DA Steve Wolfson wanted the Las Vegas Public Radio President & CEO to leave his position at KIOF 97.9 FM (as well as Las Vegas Public Radio and KIOF 97.9 FM shutdown) at the beginning of COVID-19 and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Sheriff Kevin McMahill wanted to keep the LVMPD money at the police department flowing to KNPR annually year after year by the hundreds of thousands of your dollars into a single entity (including putting the Las Vegas Public Radio President & CEO in jail this year on false/fake charges). All of those documents are on file at the FCC for public inspection.
They got what they wanted here in Nevada so Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo and the George W Bush Jr Cohort/Holdover/former RNC Head Patrcia de Stacie Harrison running the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) in Washington, D.C. can keep embezzling the federal tax payer dollars into the State of Nevada Department of Education to keep the kleptocrats happy and flowing into the pockets KNPR, KCEP and KUNR for their organizations to operate effectively. This means even killing other operators including causing the wrongful deaths of their staff (seen at Las Vegas Public Radio) to keep that central power and control going. All of those documents are on file also at the FCC for public inspection.
This is opposite to that in federal law seen for years on Pages 201 and 202 in the Telecommunications Act of 1934 in the following section: SEC. 393. As January 6, 2025 approaches, Las Vegas Public Radio staffers, supporters and volunteers will be home for the holidays looking back at 13 years of work "flushed down the toilet" of which was to bring you the valley's next public broadcasting station (PBS) but instead will be enjoying buckets of Orville Redenbacher popcorn.
